Reasons for Shipping Delays

We are able to resolve most of the causes for delay within 1-3 business days.  Delayed orders often require manual review and approval by a customer service supervisor. This may entail contacting you, your bank, or shipping carriers.  Delays add extra time to Estimated Delivery Date because they must be approved before we can send your order to the warehouse to complete the order processing.  We will send a shipping confirmation or a cancellation notice to you immediately after we have made a determination.

What may delay or cause us to cancel your order?

If your name is not complete in the billing address or credit card information areas.
If you did not provide the proper billing address for your credit card.
If you supply an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, including an apartment number, if applicable.
If you are paying with a NON US Bank credit card.
If the phone number you provided does not match the billing address.
If we are unable to electronically validate your billing information.
If an item goes out of stock at the warehouse, is on backorder from our supplier, or is discontinued.
