Calculating Your Refund

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item to us in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund for the total amount of the order, less shipping, and a 15% restocking fee. (except for Clearance and electrical items)

All returned merchandise must be uninstalled, unused and in new condition. The returned merchandise must be in the original packaging, and include all the parts, instructions, and accessories. Opened packages may be subject to additional fees if all items and documentation are not returned. To return merchandise, you must first contact us at Sales@RVTruckParts.com for a RGA # (only valid for fifteen (15) days) and return shipping address. Send merchandise prepaid and insured, RGA # printed on the box and include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip. Allow 1 to 2 weeks for refund to appear on your original method of payment.

If a package is returned to us after 3 delivery attempts, returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address or refused at delivery, you will be refunded for the total amount of the order, less shipping, and a 15% restocking fee.

If you are returning items that are damaged, mis-shipped or the result of an error on our part, you will be refunded the total amount of the order and we'll pay the return shipping costs. Items should be returned in their original product packaging and a brief description of the problem. Just Contact Us online and we will guide you through the process and even supply you with a return mailing label that you can print out.

Refunds for items reported as missing by the customer that are indicated as shipped will not be refunded.  However, we will review on a case by case basis, at our sole discretion.  Our final determination is typically based on  final shipping weights.
